Executive regulations under Law 117/2013 on supervision of goods, services and craft activities — Articles 1–25 of Ministerial Resolution 216/2014. Consumer-protection and commercial-conduct rules: ration-card (البطاقة التموينية) system and subsidized-goods controls, construction-materials (Kuwait Credit Bank) distribution, petroleum/water/flour pricing, general conditions for goods and services, shop-closure orders, prohibited/restricted goods (incl. used tyres and used-car showrooms معارض السيارات المستعملة), fish/vegetable/meat trading, time-share residential units, goods return/exchange, product and vehicle recall, and certain services (photography, car rental [24-hour day], after-sales, printing/advertising). The staged gazette excerpt interleaves ration/subsidy/price tables. The regulation contains NO commercial-showroom or car-showroom (معرض سيارات) minimum floor-area (م²) requirement.
