Investment Housing Building Conditions (Kuwait Municipality)

Kuwait Municipality building conditions for investment (السكن الاستثماري) buildings inside and outside Kuwait City: build ratios, setbacks, heights, basement (السرداب) rules, parking, and the permitted commercial uses. The basement is parking/residents-recreation only and may NOT be used commercially or for storage in a standard investment building; commercial/service use of the basement is allowed only for specific licensed activities (restaurants → first basement storage & services; fitness institutes → first basement as the gym; hotel apartments / clinics / private institutes → one basement as service store), with all other basements reserved as car parking.
